Fatma and her Sister
Once upon a time there was a beutiful young girl named Fatma. Fatma's mother had passed away and her father married a mean woman with an equally mean daughter. One day Fatma's step mother Safa, sent fatma to give her grandmother a bucket of water. Fatma hated her grandmother but of course she didn't have a choice. So Fatma left to go to her grandmother's.
On the way Fatma came across a lovely pink flower. When she stopped to smell the flower she heard it say "Fatma please give me water" Fatma was very surprised to hear the pink flower talk to her so she answered . She said "I'm sorry but this water is for my grandmother" the flower pleaded. She saw that the flower was dying so she gave the flower a bit of water ." Thank you so much now you sall have cheeks as pink as me" and Fatma magically got pink cheeks instantly.

So Fatma left the flower and continued on her way to her grandmother's house. then she came upon a very rare black rose that was in the stage of dying. The flower cried "Fatma please give me water". Fatma wanted to save the mysterious and rare flower so she gave it water. "thank you ever so much for saving me "said the flower. "You shall have hair as black as me". Then as quickly as the first time she got raven black hair. The flower thanked Fatma once more and Fatma set off.

Then Fatma came across a tree who also wanted water. So Fatma gave the tree water. The tree said"thank you. You shall now have hair as long as my hight". Fatma could fell her hair growing. Fatma left trailing her long hair behind her. Then she came across a caramel coloured flower who asked for water. This time Fatma did not hesitate. She gave the beutiful colored flower water. The flower said "you shall have skin of my colour". Fatma looked at her skin. she had a very beutiful shade of light brown for skin. As Fatma was leaving she noticed that her bucket got very light. When she looked in there was no water in it. Luckily she came across a merchant who was very hungry and fatma had some sandwiches packed so she traded the merchant who said "thank you young lady " and Fatma set off once again.

Finally fatma reached her grandmother's house. "Come in" said a very scratchy voice from inside. So Fatma went in. When she came in fatma found the house a digusting mess. As soon as Fatma put down the bucket of water Fatma's grandmother cried come take all my head lice. So digusted at the thought of her task she went over to her grandmother and started picking for lice. Later on the old woman fell asleep. fatma quietly got up and cleaned up the house. When the old woman woke up she saw the house was clean. She walked over to where Fatma was working in the kitchen. she took some plates and threw them to the floor. "Never clean my home" screech the old lady.

"Now Fatma do want to be thrown into the bucket of snake and and bugs or gold and silver"? Fatma chose to get thrown into the bucket of snakes but the old woman wasn't wearing glasses so she accidentally threw her into the bucket full of gold and silver. Fatma came out of the bucket to find herself covered in rare jewelry so Fatma ran back home.
When Fatma reached the house her step-sister was playing outside she cried "What happened to you how did you become so pretty"? When Fatma told her everything that happened to her her step sister Sara went to do the same.
Except when she came across the pink flower that cried for water Sara said "NO". So the pink flower gave her pink eyes. When she came across the black flower that asked for water she said "NO" The black flower gave her raven black skin. When she came across the brown flower that asked for water she said "NO". The brown flower gave her brown teeth. When she came across the tree that asked for water she simply said"No". The tree made Sara As tall as it!!!.
When she finally gets to her grandmother's house she was able to fit in it. She did exactly the same as Fatma while she was cleaning the old lady awoke. "How dare you clean my home". "Do you want to be thrown into the bucket of snakes or the bucket of gold"? Sara did the same as Fatma and chose the snakes but this time she had her glasses. Sara ran out as fast as she could. It was too late. Sara had snakes for hair now . Sara ran home. Several days later died of illness from the plants because they had put a curse on her.
The lesson of the story: always be nice and kind, and share with others.
