| A Whale with a BEAK ?! Scientists have discovered a new pointy-nosed whale living in the deep waters off the coast of California. The "beaked whale" grows up to 13 feet long, and keeps away from land and people! Little is known about beaked whales. They live deep underwater, diving even deeper to hunt for food. They have almost no teeth, and eat mostly squid by swallowing them! |
